I'm also a Royal Founder Lord Marshall. I've had no response to either of my two emails I've sent either, the first being three months ago. It's really, really demoralising to see they've sent out 10 Release Update emails since I asked if my shipment is still in the system. I don't mind waiting, even still after this amount of time that has passed, I would just like confirmation that it hasn't been lost or disappeared long ago. Someone posted on Facebook that they received a duplicate shipment in addition to their own, and are looking to sell it. Since I've had no response at all, I can't help but think my Royal Founder shipment may not be amongst one of the boxes remaining to be sent. With no shipment, no tracking, no reassurance and no response, it's hard not to get upset about something I invested so much of myself into (time, money and thought). It's hard not to feel my faith and money have been misplaced, and I wanted to support these guys until the end of time.
