    I just wish we could loose the card system for one release. At least try it. (just on QA maybe?)--Just speed up the global cool-down for locked decks to the same as floating decks. Maybe even dragging the combo glyphs to the hotbar for single click? I just want to play (competitively) without staring at the hotbar.

    AFAIK, the penalties for locked deck (cooldown and focus cost), were already removed in a recent release, and now they have the same GCD.

    I know we have been told that, but it is simply not true. Here are some raw numbers I just tested (11/20/15):

    Locked Deck / Floating Deck
    Fire Arrow: 8sec/3sec
    Flame Fist: 3sec/1.5sec
    Healing Touch: 5sec/2.5sec
    Healing Ray: 10sec/2.5sec

    That's the first 4 I tried. The focus penalty is gone, but the locked deck is nowhere as quick as the floating deck.

    CD is almost not even used in a floating deck. Same glyph is not locked out for CD, if you draw multiple

    What if the locked deck has the base CD for any spell (example Heal 2 sec CD) then the random deck gets a CD equal to the locked (heal 2 sec CD). If you have say 2 heal cards in your had there will be a 2 Sec gap between being able to cast them if you have 4 heals in your hand that will be 6 sec to cast them all out Or you stack 2 of them which gives you 15% reduces CD timer (should have a curved scale stack 4 of them will only reduce the timer to say 50%)
