Wow that's awesome ! I did 2 of the quests recently and didn't get the exp., and it's been fixed? That's awesome!

Thanks to whoever was involved in this, digging through those log files and did that work.. that's fabulous!!

 

Yes, I'm embarrassed and humbled to say I stated earlier they would leave us all in the dust given their huge deadlines for R45 and beyond.

It's really above and beyond the call of duty to think of us little people and grant us the XP in arrears, thank you so much!

 

If I can relate a personal experience.

Yesterday I had to take my wife's car back to the dealer. It is 14 years old, but was the subject of a recall for airbag replacement.

They gave me a chauffeured lift home, fixed the problem for free, and the car was washed and vacuumed when I got back.

Pleasantly surprised at first, then I realised that this is the kind of outfit I'm dealing with - customer service second to none.

The same can be said - without reservation - about Portalarium. They pour their hearts and souls into this project, and really try to do right by us all.

So serious applause and kudos for yet another stellar performance!

Wow thats really nice, I would just like to be able to complete the quest. I got the courage quest to the complete part where it wouldn't continue - sure would be nice if I could join in on the fun everyone else is having.

 

Glad to see the devs are on top of getting things fixed! Sad to see I spent a coto on repairing my scepter before the fix. Ugh.

 

Can't believe the customer service level, sending out mail only concerning everyone's individual problems... I'm amazed that I repot a bug 72 hours later you have a fix and on top apologies and explain the issue individual to everyone!

Please confirm: is this is only for players who didn't get their XP recently, not players who didn't get it before?

During the period of issue, yes.

 

My point is: there have been multiple periods where it's been an issue.

 

Oh, I see. Well, like we've done this time, if something comes up again, we'll take a good look and get it corrected properly.

 

This is still an issue. I just 'completed' the Courage quest line and it bugged out on returning to the Palace - I got neither the 100k XP nor the sceptre.

This issue has been floating around since 2016! Given I'm a Royal Founder and waited intentionally until release to play (I shouldn't have - the lack of reset means the world is stale and all the good housing is gone and it's not like I've got a smooth, bug free experience now is it?) I'm really very disappointed. Poor form.

 

@Berym please post a bug report in the actual bug-forum, this thread might not be read by devs anymore

 

All of the "good" housing was gone by the time Duke pledges were finished claiming their lots. So, unless you have a Duke or higher pledge, you had no chance of getting a "good" lot in a NPC town.
