    Very nice table. Good job!
I think at the end you can also add the specific enchant for wand "+attunement".

I am enchanting an artifact wants. My enchanting skill is 131, and my bludgeoning enchanting skill is 63. I just got an option for -14.5% basic magic reagent use chance that does -20 max durability. Doesn't seem to be on your list.

Exactly the same as normal gems, as far as enchanting goes.

Do the wand masterworks also pop up on staffs?

Yes, but they have the same values as wands.

So unless you like the look of staffs, there isn't much reason to use them. Dual wielding wands is more powerful.

Dependant on your build. you might only have 1-2 spells that you use while you smash things with bludgeon skills. If you do so, then staff is stronger.

I'm a mage so the bludgeon skills weren't really useful for me. I had the whole bludgeon skill tree leveled up in the past and the stuns weren't useful enough to replace any of my spells. I use the wands for the bonuses since you can gain a bigger boost to attunement and more power to particular spells. You can also mix in a shield for a ton more defense, if you don't mind giving up some dps.

When using the bludgeon skills I would prefer a bludgeon weapon over a staff any day. I honestly think the staffs need to be revisited to make them a more viable option. Possibly provide a bigger attunement masterwork and double the power on the other masterworks as well as providing some more defense. Then I could understand why someone would use one.

shield is 10 attunement from what I can see; so you really only 'loose' 13-18' max attunement. It's the other stats that wands get that make them higher dps.

Is it possible to get Major skill enchantments on jewelry? Or is my RNG really bad?

[Nevermind. It seems that they show up on necklaces, but not rings.]

I don't believe you get major enchantments show up until level 34 or 35 weapon enchanting... until then you'll just get minors.

Hm. I have gotten them on necklaces. Though, my armor enchant is GM, and my weapon enchant is at 1. (Base alchemy is also GM.) Maybe necklaces are tied to the armor enchant, and rings are tied to weapon, then.

I leveled up my weapon enchant on necklaces, was a few months ago, but all jewelry seemed to be weapon.

Hm. I can get major skills on necklaces, but I did about twenty rings the other day and never got anything but minors. Weird. Must be the same RNG as get had me kill 400+ Reapers to get a useless cowbell.

When you enchant it, does it level up weapon or armor?

Couldn't say. I had both on maintain. Next time I'm on, I'll flip 'em both to training and give it a go.

Actually, now that I think about it, I did flip armor enchanting to training for one ring to see if it rose or not. (It didn't.) I was wrong earlier, my armor enchanting is at 99. My memory was that enchanting jewelry didn't affect weapon or armor enchanting. But since I was already enchanting anyway, I flipped it on to see (and maybe save myself making a few pairs of boots to enchant next time I have spare gold to pour into ingots to level up to GM) and nothing happened.

I leveled up both weapon and armour enchanting to GM a few weeks ago. And yes, both rings and necklaces are a 'weapon' when enchanting.
