Raine of emotion - Chaos, pride, embarassment... eeww what is that feeling?

We were married in Second Life, about the only place i have been married. single for 5 years now =^.^= but not a big deal ~hugs~

Ah, that clarifies things! Definitely looking forward to reading more excerpts from your novel Your character makes her first appearance in Chapter Three of my tale, which I'm currently rewriting to give you a much larger role Lord DarkStarr is very fortunate to have such a devoted High Priestess of Chaos...

 

and i had to re-word that quoted part. I saw how it looked not so accurate, is accurate now.

Very much looking forward to reading yours as well! ~smiles~ Although may i confess, tis not the Lord that is lucky to have a devoted High Priestess. But the Priestess who is blessed and humbled to serve This Paragon of Chaos.

Mine is, scaring me. I do not do "sap" yet .. i believe -someone- has found a heart where only black hole existed. I am uncertain how it is going to play out, but i take the pen out for a walk and let it wander a path across the blank sheet until it has had its exercise for the day ((i always have to re-read what i wrote - i swear when i am done, i did not write it! but i did)) .

 

~smiles her famous smile~ Thank you Asclepius. It is nice to know the sentiments within can be felt by the reader appropriately. Not just -any- hug can mend the heart of the wounded character but I personally would not ever turn down a friendly hug =^.^=

 

Amber, I'm definitely not used to writing love stories, yet the entire second chapter (Once Upon a Time Lord...) of my tale ended up being one (I may have gone to the other extreme and made it too sappy, even after going through two draft revisions.) But, you never know until you try. I know it's cliché, but time does heal all wounds. I'm sure you'll do just fine, Amber

 

Forbidden Love

Aimless in the darkness of the Abyss,
Elvin and Dragon the one to be two.
Let me escape this loneliness,
Fend off these cravings for you.

Restricted to this fate,
Blood red tears on morning dew.
My life turned upside down,
Forbidden is love with or without you.

Frivolously finding peaceful insanity,
You break my walls i let you inside.
Your face remains to haunt me,
I shall die here, my love. Freedom denied!

Erattic now is my sensibility,
Save me from this pain of day.
Your Draconian wings to set me free,
Our forbidden love will find a way.

Shattered, my emotions in pieces on the floor.
Broken, my heart begging for you to adore.
Fractured, my smile ceases to be.
Splintered, my memories of us wishing to be created and set free.
Aching, my arms wishing to embrace you ever so tight.
Starless, my dreams empty without you each night.

Take these scattered puzzle pieces of what is left of me
From your hands to the table combine them if it is meant to be
Fear to speak my love for you leaves it to be left unknown
Piece them together if you wish building the image which is shown
Turned and placed this piece indeed does fit into there
Each secret i have locked away becoming clearer, do you dare?
Continue Filling the gaps the picture matching the display
my heart once again becoming complete with each piece that is played
Last piece now rests trembling and volatile within your shaking hand
Do you dare finish the puzzle or place it aside, your choice depicts where we stand.

I have been writing other ones but just remembered where this thread went.. and figured this is where this should go.

The shattered moon splays across the dark blanket sky of stars
The tears of its broken gaze falling helplessly upon the avatars
Its presence is known but the reason for its tatters overlooked
Another piece crumbles as its memory is shook
How could they stand there and watch as pieces fell turning the sky pitch black
They assumed it would always be there to shine its light and guide against attack
The humans just stood there staring the twinkle escaped from all their eyes
I just sat there helpless as I watched the moon cry
But now its over what once was has come to an end
my own existence even being questioned
The beauty of its complete grandeur fading to distant memory
No longer acknowledged for all it gave to lead to human victory
It trails the sky alone...
Our beloved moon broken and shattered
Now leads the life of an outcast
It leads the life of a loner
It leads the life of me, an elf.

Embrace the chaos that is life.

I opened my eyes to the strangeness of sights and sounds
I know that voice -- mommy? daddy!!
What is that brightness? .. too bright.. Cry.. cry.. turn it off.. cry..
what is that sound? is that me? I can make noise!


It is dark now... I find calmness here.. hungry...cry
I hear me again, .. daddy you came! you always come to save me!
He helps me... guides me.. irregular .. temperamental.. stubborn..
he teaches me.. loyalty.. honesty.. compassion


I grow up... My cries are words now.. they never stop..
I hide in the shadows... i stay in the blackness.. it is safe here...
Daddy still helps me..he stays in the dark with me.. we do not like the light..
that is mine! .. cry.. "The Archies" sugar sugar.. music is my friend!


I am older now.. I am alone.. I am content .. it is dark..
my voice is louder .. i hear it often.. people like my words..
a new world... a new guide .. i understand .. i relate..
he shares my dark.. he understands.. no judgement..
Follow.. guided.. freedom from the light..


caves.. dungeons.. echo'd childrens cries.. the dark is here
daddy is here.. and he is here.. they bring me 'home'.. no bounds..
My words are loudest now.. welcome the embrace of shadows.. warm.. spiritual
my life to his faith.. we are one .. we believe likeness.. i am honored to follow...


it is today.. shadows still embrace.. i see his face.. i am not scared..
guided here.. dark year after year.. my words never stop.. i am alone.
free inside a box.. away from light.. away from judgement.. away from bounds..
i have found me.. i shall go home.. there i am not alone..


I was writing my sermon for tomorrow's service in the church of the Dark Star and this decided to write itself.
My newest piece of work, written on the tail end of my 40th birthday. A gift from my creativeness to myself?
I am sure we can all follow who/what/where.

Blessed Día de los Muertos my friends!

 

Can someone please tell me why. My best writing comes when my heart is shattered ? Again I have found my pens strength in the darkness of my soul.

This one is still truly left without a title. Yet it needed to be called something when I saved the file. This one goes to the one person who has inspired me and given me the strength to continue writing, and believing in my strength in my words. Thank you!

Feeling the tears well up in my eyes
I fight them back, I do not want to cry
This is the hardest thing i will have to do
Wear this mask of smiles as we say goodbye to you

My heart shatters and I just want to hide
racing for the shadows, "safer here" i lied
Facing the people, I worry and dread
This pain in my heart making me wish i was dead

With a brush you stroked the very essence of my soul
Gave me strength to move forward when life dealt such blows
For you helped me awaken the greatness in me
Without your help it may have never been seen.

With colours more vibrant then my personal greys
You helped me learn of a future with brighter days
Now the clouds have rolled over, the sky turned pitch black
I am returned to the shadows, where I can not be attacked.

A feeling of cold darkness enters my soul
Alone once again, can I keep fighting, i do not know.
No one will ever understand the strength I got from you
Watching you create masterpieces as only you can do

NO one will ever understand what I am trying to say
Why I feel like this for you, you helped show me the way
I soon started to remember what you helped me want from my life
I must seek out the light, it will hurt but it will be alright

Things will move forward, although my heart feels like dying
I will face another day, with an exclamation mark
