    What do I do for support? My account said founder and the user and pass are correct. But still the same error.

    I should also mention that full screen isn't working properly too.

    The image is warped trying to go full screen 1920x1080.

    I've tried my user name and my email, but still get the same message that the username or password does not match the records.

    I sent them an email to support@portalarium.com so lets see what happens. It might be solved right in the middle of me crying inside. Ok I lied I'm crying out load.

    Does anyone know where I could find the config file? I don't seem to be able to change the screen resolution to 1920x1080 (non fullscreen). I would like to try that manually by editing the config file?

    For people with password issues:

    I have had this problem too. My account user name is different from my forum name. You have to use your account name from the main site if it differs from your forum name. I also had to reset my password. It took about 5-10 minutes to take effect.
