    Until things settle, those of us that are patched up might want to help gets the files to those trying to get them. I found that Im seeding as soon as I launch the game and it stops after a few megs. I simply re-launch and uploading starts again. I guess I'll keep re-launching until the uploading slows or stops.

    I am using 1920x1080 monitor, and game set windowed, but the window isn't changing and there is no maximize button.

    Am I missing something?

    Theres a post on this in the Release 1 bugs forum. Short answer: Right click the installer icon, select properties, and click unblock if there is a little security dialogue at the bottom of that screen. More info: here
