Purchase, Transfer, and Gifting of Founder Pledges

That error message 'just happens' sometimes, and the gift-sender should have a "resend link" button or something to that effect on their account page, which SHOULD clear it up (I have had this happen before lol)

 

I imagine their system is getting flooded with gifts. I would contact support@portalarium.com to get it sorted out. Although you may just need to wait a while and try again.

 

I submitted a ticket to support, so I'm sure they will sort it out. They have yet to let me down.

It was a problem receiving a house property deed. The link provided in the e-mail to claim the deed did not work.

 

I would hope we all could be friends , some of my now rl friends date back to my early days in uo, even thou were miles apart we talk on phone write and have played many games together.
I am sure i don't at this time know any of them {Founder] but i have never had to many friends. In the off chance one or more, may like to gift me anything for title or what ever thank you, thank you. and God bless you.

At the risk of giving the impression to be unsocial, I'm a bit sad about this.

When I pledged during Kickstarter, I was carried away by the community atmosphere of being early backers. My head told me I couldn't afford to pledge at citizen level, but this early phase felt so special and filled my heart with happiness, so I told my hubby what I'd like to do. When he heared that we would get things that only early backers would get, he also was sure it was something very special and agreed.

Now it doesn't feel so special any more. It definitely was worth to spend the money to help the game but having pledged so early has lost meaning and I feel a bit disappointed now.

 

I feel the sameway Grayhawk, but the capitalist in me requires I maximize this opportunity. to upgrade my pledge by getting extra recruits heheh Can't let all you scurvy dogs get all the phat recruitz lootz.

 

I'm also finding all of this hard to understand, and I am disappointed. I started off being a little amused by all of this, and not really caring - but as the day goes on, it's bothering me a bit more. The founder items were meant to identify people that pledged by a certain date. I don't understand the logic behind anyone paying $40 to gain a "pledged before x date" status and all of the exclusive rewards that were promised to only that group of people. I'm happy for the people that get them; at the same time, I'm disappointed for myself and other founders that have suddenly all been devalued and possibly are losing house lot placement priority. *shrug*
