    It would appear that some folks feel their personal opinions are so important that they need to viciously obtrude them on others.

    We all like to play games in a different way and to make such overtly dramatic claims such as, "so and so is a deal breaker." etc. really makes me feel some of these people are just prima donnas and thus make it hard for me to take them seriously.

    Bored of a thread discussing rules for PoT's, why would you NOT want to discuss them?

    Yes, I get that part but that has zero to do with having zero protection for anyone...wouldn't you like to have all that and some protection from any drama that might happen. We could pretend drama never happens in an online game, but that is a fantasy.

    Lets focus on "the world is a stage". I really like that Idea. Maybe we can brainstorm on that feature.

    I know you like to come across as nice as much as you can...but this post actually bugged me....you called people who saying they don't like what PoTs are right now as people stomping their feet, as if you referred to them as a infant having a tantrum(bad)....then you say he should give them a chance(good)

    There seems to be only one side right now saying their way and the highway, and it isn't non PoT owners. There should be controls and protections for both the PoT owner and the renter/player. We don't have any of that now and the push back on any of those controls has been immense. I myself witnessed these people really rip into me for a number of pages and you expect me to now see these individuals as people who will never abuse these powers?

    Rune, true yes some of the post came out as a judgement and for that I do apologize. People do not appreciate someone trying to fix them or their view, and I did not resist that in this case, so my bad. I suffered from hoping that people would just in join the game in general and not get caught up on one feature, especially a feature that is here to stay. My offer to help is always sincere. I never have money, I give it all away. I also give the cloak off my back because it is a lightsource, extra lots deeds I can scrounge up and much more. It is not valuable to me, but gives me the chance to allow new people to see this game in all its glory. I never want to be looked at as wonderful person, or acknowledged for anything I do, I just want new people to be given the chance to see the miraculous stuff in this game. So that I did not say all of that, true and you are right to mention it. :)

    But @majoria70, this is precisely what some of us are talking about. It's almost the same m.o. every time:

    1. Spit out veiled insult
    2. Apologize when someone calls you on it
    3. Rise, repeat

    How do you expect some of us to believe you will somehow have a better presence of mind when administrating your POT?

    EDIT: I mean the royal 'you', not you specifically. Gotta be careful around here.
