new teachable recipes for existing rugs:
i bought these from Morwenya Graeme in harvest, who no longer has the rugs. did not check the other norgard-area deco merchants, but that's the area the pre-existing rug recipes were and the pot deco merchants do NOT have the rugs or the recipes. i suspect that just the four vendors that had rug recipes now have more of them, e.g.

All of the previously purchased rugs have now been all converted to crafted entries. All of just the rugs have been removed from all Housing Merchants who previously sold them.

On the new recipes I did make a Trivia entry letting people know there were changed from a purchasable item to a crafted item. Example: https://sotawiki.net/sota/Rectangle_Rug_(Red_Floral)

I only listed 2 Housing Decorations Merchants to purchase the recipes from for now (Morwenya Graeme in Harvest and The Housing Decorations Merchant in Noreach). I did confirm and check both npc's all had the new recipes.

If I had to guess, Elgarian just put them all on all Housing Decorations Merchants (Except Player Owned Towns ones).

I probably did some typos so if you see anything wacky, just let me know!

 

I wanted to update this page https://sotawiki.net/sota/Quests because none of the information on that page is in any way accurate. But possibly could be some old design outlines(?) Could you possibly archive that? I wanted to just go over the basics of the Quest system on that Quests page. Just let me know @Browncoat Jayson if that's ok to update that. I'm slowly but surely adding all of the quests in the game with accurate and up to date information. I still have quite a ways to go though. Thanks!

For example: Quests in Shroud of the Avatar can be found in many different ways: Hearing a woman sobbing, coming across a strange mirror, finding an object or speaking to NPC's.

 

I was updating crafted metal rings with their new values and noticed there is no entry for Bronze Ring.

 

Page added! Also now all the crafted metal rings shows all the different metal variant types. Thanks!

I finally added all the quest items you can find in Solace Bridge Outskirts and made a page for each one on the wiki. For example: Alpha Wolf's Head From Solace Bridge Outskirts

Also added the Ballad of Bloody Bones Book/Quest item. I believe all books are supposed to have the Library: prefix but I don't have access to that area of the wiki. Hopefully Jayson can edit and add that to the Library.

 

I have no idea what that old one was. Feel free to replace it.

Also added a Storehouse Containers page that lists all the new containers and where they are located (Thanks to all the work Rigel Kent did on adding ALL that information to the wiki!).

I fixed the template issue that was causing this on a large number of pages.

 

I'm looking for some guidance on item entries for merchants. Looking at the markup for an Accordian recipe I see:

Is the "sell price" the price you pay when the merchant sells it to you, or the price you get paid if you sell it to the merchant. I ask because this value is used for listings of things a merchant sells as the "Price", which implies to me it is the price we would pay for that item, yet this is only the case for some of the items I see for that actual merchant (Ingvar in Ardoris). It would also be useful to add the other price where applicable, so that both buy and sell values are included which would make the difference obvious.

 

sell price is the price the item costs to purchase from the vendor.
