    This list is clearly missing the best feature from Q1

    I have no doubt 3 months from now it will be the number 1 place players want to visit. ;-)

    and would not that also imply the game is done (at least feature complete for KS backers) cause that is a launch at that point really.

    very very sure that this is just final wipe for pre-alpha (maybe for everything prior to launch, but I find that REALLY hard to believe).

    Nah there's no way they would do the land rush before all the major towns are actually in the game. You can bet on a final wipe 2 weeks before launch.

    The dev's have just been under a lot of pressure from... a particular subgroup of players that feel they should just release now so they can play with out fear of wipes. Which is utterly silly, so this is clearly the devs trying to work towards a compromise.
    The irony being just how glad the next release is going to be wipe due to the infinite harvestables bug. :p

    There is a thread on the Steam forums where Chris responded to a question about future wipes with there being at most another 2-3 wipes. Given that wipes are roughly every 3 months, that lines up pretty well with their original statement that they are referring to a final wipe and not simply a final pre-alpha wipe.

    The final wipe, after pre-alpha, after Alpha, and after Beta, is scheduled for mid summer. Everyone chill out. That is plenty of time to meet all the Kickstarter goals and backer rewards.
