SotAwiki Update Thread

I was going to remove Farmer from Brittany Estates as a source for Red Grapes as it does not have them listed but I wasnt sure if I should post this as a bug or as a wiki update:

There’s exactly 3 farmers in Brittany Estates. Are you sure you are comparing the exact one stated, and the location stated where they are at?

Added the Elemental Nexus Point of Interest and Puzzle to the Oracle Colossus page.

(This was just my first attempt on how to add a POI page and Puzzle information to the wiki. I put spoilers behind spoiler tags).

Also added all relevant point of interest marker pages for Elysium Mines (the puzzle areas etc...).

If you see anything off or wacky, let me know!

 

Is currently something wrong with the WIKI? The pages look messed up and some of the entries move up and down... Please tell me it´s the WIKI and not my browser

 

The couple of pages I tested on various browsers all look good to me.

 

On occasion (it’s completely random) the pages just don’t load fully. And that could be many different things.

But when it does happen, just wait a few moments then just reload the page.

I just now checked the Imbued Gem page in Chrome and IE. all loaded fine for me.

 

I have ssen an error regarding gold on several pages of the WIKI:

e.g. on the page

This happens because the amount of gold they do drop has not been added in the scenes bestiary page.

 

I have no idea how to add that but is there not an option to put "if nothing put an empty space there instead of an error?"

 

It is supposed to just output "Unknown" if there is not a value there, but it seems the expression is broken. I changed it to just output 0. There is probably a better way to fix it, but at least its not throwing an error.

 

Could someone possibly create a new Template:Salvage possibly something named like Template:Salvage Item Information that when used displays the item and then also the effect of the item?

Life for example, when salvaging The Ring of an Unknown BMC Member when salvaged shows the Imbued Jewel of the Meticulous Miner. Which is nice, but if it displayed the Imbued Jewel of the Meticulous Miner and then that items effect would be even more helpful, like this:

No idea how to add him as there is no list of people when I click edit as if the names are drawn from somewhere else.
