    You are correct.
    • a Founder Lord Marshall will get 12 Crafting stations (8 Founder, 4 Benefactor) and 20 Crafting tools (10 Founder, 10 Benefactor)
    • a Benefactor Lord Marshall will get 4 Crafting stations and 10 Crafting tools
The "does not stack" references objects that are the same type (i.e. founder crafting tools do not stack with founder crafting tools from lower pledge tiers).

Indeed they do; all houses stack with previous tiers.

I apologize if this has been asked/answered, but when it comes to the tools, how are those chosen? By the devs and/or the players? I bought some in the store and don't want to duplicate them, if possible. :)

Additionally, since it is a founder only item, it will only show up if you are logged in (and a founder).

Koldar, because it's confusing for me and others...could you add something to the line for Commission-Free Vendor that explains that it doesn't stack with other rewards?

It's just not intuitive on the website and I've heard several people say that they plan to use their multiple vendors (with only one account) in different locations. I think this might help get the word out a little better.

Changed 3-Story City Stone Basement to 2-Story Keep Stone Basement for the Duke pledge tier to reflect this UotA. I will update the graphical version within a couple of days.

EDIT: 01/20/2015 - Visual version have been updated.

First of all, many thanks for all the work and time that went into creating this information. Second, I've tried to find the answer to these questions but just can't seem to find them :
1)Is there a date after which you cannot "buy into the game" by making a donation and receiving the listed rewards?
    2) When upgrading from a lower contribution level (for example "Immoral Adventurer" which costs $55.00) to a higher contribution level (for example "Royal Artisan" which costs $90.00), do you merely pay the difference (contribute another $35.00) or will it cost you the entire $90.00?

    1) Do not know, but I doubt it. The pledge marketing says they are discounted now.
    2) yes

Hey Tahru, your answer is not an answer, sorry for pointing that out :D

    Yes like in
    - do you merely pay the difference
    or in
    - will it cost you the entire $90.00?
    Clarify your yes please :D

Sorry about that. You only pay the difference. There is an upgrade button on the account page.

    @pharmdoc51,
It looks like you already had your second question answered. The first one is more difficult. The short answer: I don't know.

I'm sure at some point they will transition from being able to buy pledges due to the physical rewards that are tied to some of the pledge levels. If you are considering pledging or upgrading your pledge but can't at the moment, watch the website and/or your inbox. Portalarium is very good about communicating each week with their 'Update of the Avatar' newsletters. I would expect to see several weeks of advanced notice before they do something like ending pledge tiers.

If in doubt: pledge early, pledge often. ;)

In the spreadsheet it looks as if pledges at Navigator and above obtain more than one Row house because there is a check mark against each size of Row house. And it looks as if pledges at Developer and above receive more than one basement for the same reason.

From the wording on the pledge site at pledge levels Navigator and above ("An extra story in your Row house to hold your belongings!") my understanding is that you only get one row house or basement overall, but at higher pledges you get more storeys.

    Example:
Ancester pledge gets one 2-story (2-storey) row house
Navigator pledge still gets only one row house, but it has 3 stories (storeys).
Developer pledge still gets only one row house, but it has 4 stories (storeys).
etc. etc. The same principle applies for the row basements that start at Navigator pledge level.

I think that either the spreadsheet or the descriptions on the Portalarium Pledge site are misleading. Which is it?

EDIT: I forgot to say thank you for providing and maintaining the spreadsheet. Thank you!
